Your role:
As a Distribution Account Manager, you will be part of the sales organization, managing and developing a portfolio of strategic distributors of electrical products and process instrumentation across Italy. You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities for mutual growth, and contribute to the achievement of Siemens' commercial objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include developing integrated growth plans, managing commercial agreements and partner programs, and collaborating closely with distributor management, Siemens business units, marketing,



and sales teams to drive sell-out and market-share growth.
The role has multi-regional responsibility and requires frequent interaction with both distributor headquarters and local sales organizations.

You'll make an impact by:
• Managing and developing commercial relationships with the assigned distributors.
• Defining and implementing joint growth plans with customer management, based on an integrated product-portfolio and ONE Tech approach.
• Building strong relationships with owners, general management, and key partner stakeholders.
• Negotiating, preparing, and monitoring commercial agreements, incentive contracts, and partnership programs.
• Supporting distributor salesforces in market-development and demand-generation activities.
• Promoting initiatives aimed at increasing sell-out and growing market share.
• Coordinating activities with marketing, business units, and Siemens sales teams to ensure an integrated customer appro
