We are seeking a motivated Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team. This role will support the implementation of the Copeland Business System (CBS) and Lean Manufacturing practices at our Belluno site,



helping drive Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations. The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, increase productivity, and support operational excellence initiatives.

This job is based in Belluno, Italy, and regular on-site presence is required.

Salary: €30,000 - €38,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Support the implementation and development of the Copeland Business System (CBS) and monitor continuous improvement actions and performance KPIs.
• Participate in and progressively facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops using Lean methodologies such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, SMED, Visual Management, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Support cross-functional projects by tracking activities,
