Purpose of Job:
The Global Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the global sourcing strategy for raw materials while overseeing key procurement categories including packaging, contract manufacturing, and selected indirect spend. This role drives cost competitiveness, supplier performance, supply continuity, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and innovation across the Huber AgroSolutions business.
Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D;, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams, the Global Procurement Manager ensures reliable access to critical materials, supports business growth, and serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on market trends, supply risks, and sourcing opportunities.
