About pyBIM
pyBIM is a digital engineering and technology initiative combining BIM project delivery, custom software development, and emerging AI technologies for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Multidisciplinary BIM Modeler to collaborate with our BIM engineering team on a flexible, project-based basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Support modeling activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines according to project requirements.
• Assist with multidisciplinary model coordination and quality checks.
• Review technical drawings and translate project information into accurate BIM models.
• Organize project files, model data, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced BIM professionals to maintain consistent modeling standards and deliverables.
Requirements
• Basic working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and technical drawings.
• Practical experience or academic projects in at least one BIM discipline: Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English or Italian.
• Availability for hybrid collaboration, including occasional in-person coordination in the Padova area.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, IFC, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Basic understanding of clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Academic or professional experience in engineering or architecture.
