About the position

As a Junior Controller, you will join the Finance team of Burger King Restaurants Italia and play a key role in supporting the Controlling function in monitoring the company's financial and operational performance. Your mission will be to collect, validate, analyze and transform data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with Finance, Operations, HR and Marketing teams, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, helping drive business performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the monthly closing process and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing trends, KPIs and business results.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Perform variance analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze operating costs and support profitability improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and controlling processes.

What do you bring

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling or a similar analytical environment is a plus.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
