Role Description The Italian Bilingual Expert is a full-time remote role focused on supporting Job Spread’s talent-matching and client service activities across Italian and English-speaking markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with candidates and clients in both languages, conducting phone or video interviews, and gathering detailed information about skills, experience, and role requirements.

The role involves translating or localizing job descriptions and candidate profiles, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate communication.

Expert will also maintain records in company systems, collaborate with internal teams to support hiring projects,



and provide timely updates to stakeholders. This position requires consistent, professional communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and performance goals.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Italian and English, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Experience in customer service, recruitment, HR support, or talent acquisition, preferably in a bilingual or international setting.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, gather and document information accurately, and manage multiple candidate or client interactions.
- Comfort with remote work tools, including video conferencing platforms, CRM or ATS systems, and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional communication style and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in translation, localization, or cross-cultural communication is a plus.
- Relevant education in languages, communications, HR, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
