Design, implement, and document configurations, customizations, and scripting solutions within ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, and MES platforms in collaboration with Business Analysts, IT Architects, and Application Owners Develop and maintain integration interfaces and automated workflows between business applications; use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI-assisted tools to ensure reliable data exchange and end-to-end process continuity Provide technical support and coordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT): manage test environments, resolve technical defects, and validate go-live readiness conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures coordinate with software vendors and IT teams Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture overviews, interface specifications, configuration guides, runbooks) in line with internal and external standards Proactive evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize application performance and integration workflows Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Software Engineering Previous years of professional experience in developing, configuring, and integrating enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, MES), preferably in an industrial environment Proven proficiency in API development (REST/SOAP) and scripting; strong SQL skills for complex data queries and manipulation. Deep understanding of IT system architectures, data models, and application integration patterns; hands-on experience with middleware and integration technologies Git)
