Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our growth in the IT Department , we are looking for an IT Asset Specialist in our IT Governance and Asset Management team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role will focus on ensuring effective asset management, accurate cost tracking, and compliance with internal processes, while supporting IT financial planning and reporting activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the IT Asset Specialist will contribute to optimizing asset utilization, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening overall IT governance.
You will:
- Monitor the IT budget and perform variance analysis, identifying key deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- Manage the collection, consolidation, and monitoring of IT costs, including software licenses, vendors, and technology services.
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and allocation to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Support and review - with other IT teams - IT invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms, supporting the approval and payment process.
- Prepare and maintain reporting on IT costs, assets, investments, and related financial metrics.
- Support the IT function in tracking investments and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on IT assets, costs, and billing-related activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of IT financial and asset management processes.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in IT, IT asset management,
IT financial management, controlling, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT and in financial and business management topics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

For this role, the expected compensation range starts from € 35.000. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
