Internship Opportunities

These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution’s activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment.

- Employer Relations & Career Services - Industrial & Consumer Goods and Services Team: supporting students and graduates in their transition into the job market and contributing to the development of relationships with national and international employers. The role includes organizing recruitment, career counselling and employer engagement initiatives; managing job postings and other University channels; delivering individual and classroom-based career guidance activities; analysing the job market and identifying prospective employers; conducting benchmarking analyses; and preparing reports on the team’s activities, events and projects.
- Employer Relations & Career Services - Internship Office: supporting Bocconi students and graduates throughout their internship experience and contributing to the management of the related administrative and regulatory procedures.



The role includes liaising with students and companies, supporting internship activation, monitoring and final evaluation processes, organizing training and information activities, and contributing to the team’s operational activities and projects.

Depending on the area of assignment, interns will acquire insight into the University’s operations and processes, strengthen their organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and develop an understanding of service delivery within a leading international academic institution.

Requirements

- Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Work/study experience outside Italy (at least 6 months).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.
