Your activities

- Provides remote support to customers on both commercial and technical matters
- Prepares and issues commercial quotations to customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers and sales agents where applicable
- Supports customers during pre-sales activities through to order receipt and assists them in identifying the most suitable technical product requirements
- Supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous update and maintenance of the customer database (CRM)
- Monitors quotations and ensures appropriate follow-up activities are carried out
- Clarifies technical aspects of orders with internal sales specialists and aligns with the Customer Sales Team Leader on pricing, discounts, and margin-related matters
- Maintains regular contact with WIKA production units to optimize the quotation process, including the opening of Internal Requests when required
- Supports Area SalesManagers in continuously updating the customer database with information related to prices, discounts, customer master data, product master data, and guidelines

Your profile
- Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience
- English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum




- Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features
- Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues
- Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
- Knowledge of Process and Automation Instrumentation and its Applications is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
