Join our IS&Digital; Division in Bologna and play a pivotal role as Team Manager, acting as the strategic bridge between our clients and Amaris. You will combine client relationship management with comprehensive team leadership and talent development responsibilities, driving innovation and delivering high-value solutions.

Your missions

Client & Account Management

- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into technical resource requirements.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.

Team Leadership & Talent Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT consultants.
- Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Implement strategies to reduce team turnover and enhance consultant satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Amaris values.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Partner with HR and recruitment teams to manage end-to-end selection processes.
- Define job requirements and technical specifications for new positions.
- Conduct interviews and technical assessments for senior consultant roles.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.

Strategic Coordination

- Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects.
- Participate in strategic planning for account growth and team expansion.

Your profile

- Experience in IT consulting, team management, or client-facing roles.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
- Academic background: Master’s degree.
- Italian and English fluent.
- You demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. You are structured, organized, and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

- Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 24,000 – EUR 50,000)
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria
