Tasks Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
Work closely with the Commis de Rang, coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service
Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience
Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang
Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service
Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way
Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate
