DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Sales Director to build and develop the sales function
- Help establish sales strategies, processes and ways of working aligned with the company's commercial objectives
- Recruit, onboard, manage and develop sales team members as the organisation grows




- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the sales team
- Coach and support team members to improve sales performance and develop their commercial skills
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, conversion and revenue performance
- Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up of opportunities
- Support the team throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
