Aquisis is an independent strategy advisory boutique with two core pillars of client service: Commercial advice for investors, and strategy advice for owners of SMEs, family businesses, and start-ups preparing to raise capital. Both are built on merging the investor mindset with the commercial toolkit of a management consultant, and on tailor-made analysis developed on carefully sourced and verified data. The underlying core principle is that of identifying sources of value and showing ways to generate value.

Aquisis provides the opportunity for exceptional talents to join as a Founder’s Associate, supporting:

- Aquisis’ day-to-day consulting business. These tasks will depend on the individual’s talents and may be more administrative. This may for example include working on client presentations, or reports, conducting research, or working within existing Excel models
- with prospecting and contacting potential new clients, principally in Italy and Germany
- the maintenance of relationships with existing partners and creation of new partnerships
- the coordination and execution of Aquisis’ on- and offline marketing activities
- the creation of thought-leadership content – our Research Pulse reports and Insight Nuggets – seeing each piece through from ideation to publishing

Applicants should be aware that Aquisis is young and small. Having served clients predominantly in Germany and the UK, Aquisis strives to expand in Italy. The successful applicant will work directly with the Partner on projects in Italy and Europe, but is also expected to get their “hands dirty” in scaling up the Italian business.

REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

- Impeccable integrity
- Highest commitment to excellence, and intrinsic motivation to solve complex issues conceptually
- Above average grades at a recognized academic institution. Passionate about at least one of our core service pillars (please provide detail in cover letter)
- Relevant prior work experience
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills is a must
- Fluency in Italian and English is a must. Good working knowledge of German is a strong advantage
- Right to work in Italy

WHAT AQUISIS OFFERS

- On the job training in methods, communication
- Typically, time evenly split between working at the office in Cecina (LI) and lavoro da remoto
- Fixed term contract for 6 months under CCNL Terziario, potential for renewal thereafter. Remuneration will depend on candidate experience and education and will follow the CCNL. A candidate with Laurea Magistrale and relevant prior work experience can expect to enter in 3° livello with a RAL of ± €28k for a 40 hour week.
