Job Title: Events Manager

Location: Sardinia, Italy

Bel Events designs and delivers weddings, private celebrations and corporate events in Sardinia. We are looking for an organised, proactive Events Manager to manage events from the initial enquiry through to delivery, working closely with clients, venue teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

- Manage enquiries, understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
- Organise site visits and support clients in choosing venues and services.
- Develop event budgets, quotations, schedules and operational plans.
- Coordinate catering, beverages, décor, equipment, entertainment and other suppliers.
- Oversee contracts, payment schedules and event documentation with the administration team.
- Lead event briefings and supervise setup, service and teardown.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers throughout the event.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
- Review event results, collect feedback and identify improvements.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, agencies and corporate clients.

Requirements




- Experience managing weddings, private events or corporate events, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Confident client communication, negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience preparing budgets and monitoring costs.
- Fluent Italian and strong working English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A practical approach, attention to detail and confidence working under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends according to the event calendar.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between venues.
