Role Description This full-time remote Data Analyst Power BI role at Neosyn focuses on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

The Data

Analyst will design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleansing data from various sources, performing descriptive and diagnostic analyses, and translating findings into concise visual narratives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, documenting data models and report specifications, and continuously optimizing existing reports for performance and clarity.

The Data

Analyst will support decision-making by preparing regular performance metrics, ad-hoc analyses, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.




- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and quantitative methods to support robust analysis and validation of insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills, including experience designing data models for Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Power BI (or comparable BI platforms), including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report development.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SQL or other query languages to extract, transform, and manage data from relational databases.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
