CRM & CLIENT DATA SPECIALIST

We are supporting a leading global luxury brand in the search for a CRM & Client Data Specialist to join its international Marketing Operations / User Experience team.

This is a hybrid CRM and Digital Transformation role , combining Salesforce expertise, project deployment and strong stakeholder management across global markets.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the worldwide deployment and optimisation of the CRM platform, with a strong focus on client data collection during events and market activations.
- Partner with regional Marketing Managers to understand local needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve client data capture, processes and user journeys, challenging existing approaches where needed.
- Act as a bridge between local markets and HQ, coordinating requirements and supporting the implementation of new solutions.
- Contribute to CRM and digital transformation projects across international markets.

The ideal profile:





- 3+ years of professional experience in CRM, Digital Transformation, Marketing Operations, Consulting or a related project environment.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce and CRM processes; this is not a developer position.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different markets and cultures.
- Will need to relocate to Maranello.
- Background in Business, Marketing, Digital or a related discipline.
- Experience within luxury, premium, automotive or FMCG is welcome.
- Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally.
