Job DescriptionTo expand our brigade, we are looking for a Pastry Commis Chef eager to grow within a young, dynamic kitchen. The successful candidate will join the pastry team, supporting the daily preparation of desserts, breakfast, petits fours and leavened products, working closely with the Pastry Chef and the rest of the team.
