To strengthen our Product Design team we are looking for an energetic and highly-skilled Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for new client and new project acquisition in selected industry verticals.

Ideally, you bring with you a minimum of 3 years sales & marketing experience in high value-added services, love handling multiple projects concurrently, adapt easily to changing conditions and internal guidance, and have excellent communication skills. Perfect English is a must, other languages a plus.

Job Responsibilities: Lead new clients & new project acquisition in selected verticals

Manage customer relationships, from proposal to negotiation and contract closing

Create an accurate and timely sales reporting of all new project opportunities

Collaborate with the marketing & communication team on lead generation activities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Contribute to the overall offering strategy

Job Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study

At least 3 years of work experience in sales in high value-added services, preferably design, business consulting, or marketing

Ability to generate leads and to identify new client opportunities

New business development attitude and result-oriented

Experience in marketing communications, working with agencies, etc.

CRM & lead generation tool experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent command of spoken & written English. A second foreign language is a plus

Brilliant personality with strong interpersonal skills

Teamwork and team-player attitude

Passion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies, new media and new trends

Excellent problem-solving, organizational and/or project management skills

Contract management & financial skills

Willing to travel, including international trips
