The Role

- Ensure automated systems operate with maximum efficiency to meet customer order timelines.
- Monitor key systems, identify, and resolve issues and criticalities.
- Collaborate with a European network to track material handling equipment metrics.
- Provide stakeholders with graphical data representations for problem-solving.
- Oversee or actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and electrical systems, defining improvement strategies.

What You'll Need

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with PLC-based control systems automation and troubleshooting in continuous production environments.
- Significant experience with material handling, flow visualization, capacity monitoring, and conveyor/sortation systems.




- Proficiency with at least one of the following: Microsoft Office, project management tools, EPLAN, Ladder Logic, Siemens/Allen-Bradley systems, Codesys PLC, Ignition SCADA, HMI, EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus, AS-i, VFDs, safety gateways, or I/O devices.
- Advanced knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement techniques.
