Within the ATM ENGINEERING Area of the Electronics Division, we are looking for an ATM System & Integration Engineer for our Rome Tiburtina km 12.400 office. The person will mainly deal with the following activities:

Define system requirements received from operational clients and/or international standards

Participate in system design within the product and/or project team of reference

Define and implement methods for verifying compliance of requirements with implemented systems

Monitor technical evolutions of the product and/or project of reference

Support operational clients throughout the system lifecycle Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering and/or Computer Engineering and/or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Seniority: Junior: 1-3 years of experience Technical Skills (System): Model-based design

Basic knowledge of UML/SysML, object-oriented programming

Knowledge of DOORS – Rhapsody toolchain or alternatively other tools (Enterprise Architect, Capella)

Experience in functional and non-functional design for distributed systems

General knowledge of major communication protocols (e.g., TCP IP/UDP)

Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Svn)



and issue tracking (e.g., Jira) Technical Skills (Integration): Knowledge of administration and configuration of Linux operating systems (especially Red Hat)

Knowledge of administration and configuration of PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases

Knowledge of administration and configuration of virtual environments based on VMWare products

Knowledge of container architectures such as Docker, Puppet, Ansible, Red Hat IdM

Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash

Ability to draft technical documentation in English, including technical specifications and requirements consolidation

Knowledge of WAN networks and firewalls, particularly in Cisco environments, is a plus

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts in complex system environments Behavioral Skills: Good ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary and international team

Organization, autonomy, reliability, priority management skills, and initiative are required
