We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Assistant Production Manager to support the daily operations of the Seed to Skin Tuscany production laboratory. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality production process, coordinating activities across the laboratory while maintaining the highest standards of quality, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Support the Production Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Seed to Skin laboratories, ensuring efficient production and continuously optimising workflows, processes, and resources in line with established standards.
- Support the planning and coordination of production activities, ensuring that priorities, timelines, resources, and production volumes are properly managed.
- Assist in supervising the production team, supporting daily task allocation, workflow organisation, and adherence to laboratory procedures.




- Monitor production processes, ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and proper management of raw materials and packaging.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality standards in line with applicable regulations and internal requirements.
- Support batch documentation, production records, quality checks, and the accurate maintenance of laboratory documentation.
- Support the investigation and resolution of production issues, deviations, and quality-related matters, escalating relevant topics to the Production Manager when required.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of organisation, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the laboratories.
- Contribute to the training and development of laboratory team members, promoting a culture of quality, precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who you are:

- Previous experience in coordinating or supervising teams in a laboratory, production, or manufacturing environment within the beauty, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality standards, and laboratory procedures.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across different functions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes and priorities may evolve.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownership.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, natural ingredients, and product quality, with a genuine interest in Seed to Skin’s philosophy and products.
- Fluency in English.
