Sirio a premier global aircraft management company is seeking AOG Technicians to join our AMO team in Milan With over 40 years of experience and as a vital member of the Directional Aviation Portfolio we have created a reputation for excellence Our success is attributed to the dedication of our talented professionals and this role is critical in maintaining the infrastructure that allows them to thrive About the Role As an AOG Aircraft Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting inspecting repairing and returning aircraft to service in both planned and unscheduled maintenance situations This is a highly autonomous role requiring technical expertise sound judgment and the ability to perform effectively in demanding operational environments You will frequently travel to support aircraft at remote locations while ensuring the highest standards of safety quality and regulatory compliance Working closely with Maintenance Control Engineering Flight Operations and fellow maintenance professionals you will help minimize aircraft downtime and ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet What Success Looks Like in This Role Success in this role means responding quickly and effectively to aircraft on ground events accurately diagnosing technical issues performing safe and compliant repairs and returning aircraft to service while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship documentation and customer support Key Responsibilities Perform airframe and powerplant repairs inspections modifications troubleshooting activities and maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsDiagnose aircraft system faults and determine appropriate corrective actions to restore airworthinessRemove disassemble inspect repair assemble and install aircraft components and systemsConduct functional checks and operational testing following maintenance activitiesOperate maintenance equipment power tools and specialized tooling safely and effectivelyAccurately complete maintenance records technical documentation and work reportsEnsure compliance with company policies EASA regulations quality standards and health and safety requirementsInterpret technical manuals maintenance data engineering instructions drawings and blueprintsMaintain a clean safe and professional work environment both on site and during remote maintenance assignmentsProvide professional support to internal and external customers while representing the company at maintenance locations worldwideTravel as required to support AOG events throughout Europe and internationallySupport additional maintenance activities and operational projects as assignedRequired &

Preferred Qualifications We recognize that strong candidates may not meet every preferred qualification listed below If you believe your experience and capabilities align with this opportunity we encourage you to apply Required Qualifications Valid EASA Part 66 B1B2 Aircraft Maintenance LicencePrevious hands on aircraft maintenance experience ideally within a business aviation corporate aviation or airline maintenance environmentStrong working knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and maintenance practicesLegal right to work in ItalyAbility to travel internationally including throughout the UK EU US and other destinations served by the companyProfessional working proficiency in English minimum C1 levelValid drivers licenceAbility to perform the physical requirements of the rolePreferred QualificationsType ratings on Gulfstream G650 andor Embraer EMB550 aircraftExperience supporting Aircraft on Ground AOG maintenance operationsPrevious experience working independently at remote maintenance locationsExperience within a business aviation maintenance organizationAdditional aircraft type ratingsItalian language proficiencyKnowledge Skills & Professional Attributes Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across aircraft systems structures and powerplantsStrong understanding of aircraft maintenance standards airworthiness requirements and regulatory complianceAbility to interpret technical manuals engineering data and maintenance documentationAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and qualityStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in time critical environmentsAttention to detail in both maintenance execution and technical record keepingAbility to perform effectively under operational pressure and tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and a professional customer focused approachPositive attitude flexibility and willingness to travel extensively as operational requirements dictateCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentCompensation &
