Within the Industrial Engineering organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function, for the Ronchi dei Legionari (GO) site, we are looking for a Tool Engineer who will carry out the following activities:
Development of new electrical/electronic testing equipment and management/maintenance of existing ones
Guarantee the industrialization of new products and the optimization of production tools and equipment, ensuring reliability, quality and efficiency of production processes.
Drafting of requirements specifications for outsourcing testing equipment for avionics systems
Preparation of testing procedures for avionics systems and validation on the first article
Creation of production documentary data packages and support for electrical processing departments and functional tests
Baseline import and MAKE or BUY analysis
Use of the SAP system for creating master data, bills of material and work cycles
Participation in product/process non-conformity boards
Technical support for electronic board supplies
Interface with production departments and suppliers in solving technical problems Education: Three-year degree in Electronic Engineering Required experience level: Junior Technical skills: Electrical and Electronic Measurements
Electromagnetic fields
Basic knowledge of RF circuits
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and diagrams, assembly drawings of electronic boards
Design of simple testing equipment and interface cables
Basic knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
Basic knowledge of the C programming language
Knowledge of open source embedded systems (e.g. Arduino) Behavioral skills: Excellent autonomy and problem-solving skills
