The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to drive new business growth across Italy.
This is a true hunter role, focused on acquiring new hotel clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with key stakeholders across independent hotels and hotel groups.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline of hotel prospects.
- Engage decision makers including Owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and Commercial Directors.
- Run discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM.
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager to hotels/hotel chains
- Experience in HotelTech, TravelTech, hospitality
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding quota.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel within Italy.
