We are looking for a project manager working in international market research projects on a freelance basis. For more than 28 years, we support our clients with solutions for to win and bind customers with excellent services. Our core competences encompass test-based programs that enhance and maximize staff's performance regarding professionalism, service quality and focus in all touchpoints of a customer Journey. We enable our clients to provide excellent customer experience thus systematically increasing satisfaction, loyalty; TasksQualifications/Experience
Studies of business administration or equivalent experience in sales/communication and/or project management
Set-up of survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping)
Quality control of the collected data




Communication with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization)
Professional experience in the field of market research or comparable projects is helpful but not a requirement
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, preferably also PowerPoint.
Good feeling for language
Very good spelling skills
You have a good command of English in speaking and writing. Benefits
