Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated, polished point of contact for elite guests.
Partner with Culinary, and Front Office teams to execute specific guest preferences and dietary needs flawlessly.
Handle guest complaints promptly and empathetically, finding effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.
Requirements
2+ years infive-star luxury hospitalityor elite concierge environments.
Available to work dynamic shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in hospitality software.
Professional presentation, positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
