Serve as a strong functional partner to the MD and to drive cohesive decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR strategy
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders.
Partner closely with the MD, HR Business Partners, Country/Regional HR Leaders and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda and execute business-specific HR strategies
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies,
procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
Partner with Country/Regional HR leader and HR CoE's to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at the two sites
Provide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations
Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Overall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the sites.
Get in touch: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area
Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR role preferably in an industry environment
