Full Stack Engineer
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve the products used every day by thousands of clinics and millions of patients. You'll own product features end-to-end, from backend logic to the interface the user actually touches.
Our frontend is built in React and TypeScript; our backend runs in PHP today and is evolving toward a modern, microservices-based architecture, with AI at the core of how we build. You'll start by delivering features on our existing product, get a deep understanding of it, and help shape where our stack goes next.
Design, build, and maintain product features end-to-end, across frontend and backend.
Deliver features on our current PHP backend and contribute to its evolution toward a modern, microservices-based architecture.
Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, end-to-end) and take part in code reviews.
Make the most of modern AI tooling in your day-to-day development.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ship and monitor features in production.
Set up your development environment and get access to our systems.
Participate in onboarding sessions.
Start exploring our product and getting to know the team.
