A Milan-headquartered offshore energy contractor , part of a Fortune 500 multinational group , is hiring a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major work package within a flagship offshore project. The company Our client delivers complex offshore and onshore energy projects on an EPC/EPCIC basis , with operations across multiple countries. The company is currently: executing a major offshore mega-project as consortium leader for an Energy Major ; strengthening its international project delivery capabilities; expanding beyond traditional upstream activities into midstream and carbon capture . The organisation operates with a deliberately leaner structure than a traditional EPC contractor .
The role
Reporting directly to the Director of Projects , the Senior Project Manager will assume full accountability for assigned EPC/EPCIC work packages , from contract award through:



Procurement; Construction; Handover.
The role combines project delivery, commercial responsibility, client management and multidisciplinary leadership . Organisation & leadership You will have the authority to shape your own project organisation, defining the appropriate structure and resources across functions including: Contracts; Planning; Cost Control; Quality Assurance; HSE; Logistics; Construction; Interface Management.
You will also: lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary and multicultural project team ; establish clear accountability across the project organisation; drive collaboration between internal functions, partners, subcontractors and external stakeholders. You will act as the primary management representative towards: the Client; consortium and joint-venture partners; contractors and subcontractors; regulatory and relevant external authorities.
