com is searching for an Italian speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Customer Onboarding and Success Manager

Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)

Full-time

Base salary + premio
Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.
Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.
Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level),



with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
~1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
~ Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.
~ Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
~ Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making.
~ Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
