Overview
In this role you will provide essential field service for Abbott diagnostic instruments in Rome, delivering planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, and first-line support. You will work closely with lab staff and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction. You will help install and deinstall instruments and resolve issues to maintain service KPIs and profitability. This position offers meaningful impact in a global diagnostics leader, with opportunities to influence instrument performance and patient care.

Responsabilità
- Provide first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (interventions under 4 hours)
- Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities
- Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet service KPIs
- Address and resolve technical issues on the product line
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
- Successful engagement with laboratory staff
- Technical expert for the product line responsibility
