The Football Factory is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead a cross-border finance function during a transition from a crowdfunding round to institutional capital. You will design and implement the capital structure across equity and debt, spanning real estate development, football operations and a technology business.
You will work with the CEO and external counsel to build an investor-ready corporate structure, drive financial planning, and partner with stakeholders across jurisdictions
