The job of a ski school secretary corresponds in managing all the activities of the school and rental.
In a practical sense, selling the hours of lessons (personally if one enters the office, by phone, by mail), deciding and arranging the appointment, notifying the instructor (if it is in the day or if there are changes in reservations already made).
Make invoices to agencies.
Answer the phone, both for school and for hire. For the school it can be a customer asking for any ti bit of information, or an innkeeper asking for information and teachers asking for info or to bump hours into the schedule.
Responding to emails.
Knowing the places where ski lessons are conducted.
Advising the customer.
Listening to the customer.
Arrange shuttles for ski lessons, understand if yes, if no, or better said how to arrange to improve service, wait times, expenses.
Write emails of any requests.
If calling a hotel for shuttle arrange it. Go pick up customer i hotels, ask how many people,



what hotel and report back on how soon they arrive.
Language skills of Italian and English at a good level, and even better if there was a good knowledge of a third language (German very good). Plus a knowledge of Pc in the sense of knowing how to type and use a keyboard. Italian, English and possibly German or other language is spoken in interviews.
We teach our management program, our way of working, our organization, Excel if there is a need, checkout, and all information that pertains to the job.
In addition to a salary we offer if there is a need lodging (close to the work location so car would not be needed), a board (lunch).
The day off will be done between Tuesday and Thursday.
