Overview In this role you drive the adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios across EMEA by aligning regional strategy with country execution. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Global Marketing to support launches, field activities and commercial initiatives. You will shape messaging, training and materials to accelerate portfolio growth, while engaging key centers and events. The position offers cross-functional impact and regional scope in a leading medical devices environment.

Implement regional marketing programs with country teams to promote LAAO and ICE adoption
Lead field marketing for product launches from readiness to post-launch adoption
Create customer-facing materials, commercial tools and training aligned with priorities
Develop educational and commercial initiatives demonstrating ICE-guided workflows
Lead marketing support for major EMEA congresses, events and advisory boards
Support country teams with clinical data,



competitive intel, tender materials and regional communications
Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Collaborate across EMEA, country and Global teams to enable portfolio commercialization and availability
Significant medical device industry experience, preferably in cardiovascular interventions
Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management or Therapy Development; LAAO experience preferred
Experience in imaging technologies marketing or commercialization; ICE experience preferred
Experience launching products and driving downstream marketing and adoption initiatives
Experience working with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and other physician stakeholders
Strong commercial and clinical understanding with cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization
EMEA or multi-country experience; additional European languages are a plus (Fr
