Microsoft in Italy is seeking a Senior Critical Environment Technician (CET) to maintain and operate our cloud datacenter infrastructure. You will coordinate with vendors, mentor technicians, perform maintenance, respond to on-site incidents, and monitor performance using telemetry.
You will work in shifts, travel between sites, and contribute to safety, risk, and operational excellence within the CO+I team. A background in critical facilities and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential.
