Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling and after-sales activities while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Moncler's visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment and effective stock management in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
1-3 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele.
Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
