Overview In this role you will deliver end-to-end cost management for significant projects, partnering with clients and consultants to drive value from feasibility through post-contract activities. You will shape budgets, procurement, tendering, and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform client requirements into financially sound project outcomes.

degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent
~ strong English skills plus Italian
~ proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy
~5 years CM/QS experience or 10+ years SCM and above
~ good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
~ experience with multiple estimating tools and applications
~ strong skills with spreadsheets and databases
