FRUIT AND VEGETABLE BUYER:
Your daily responsibilities:
As part of the Purchasing and Sales Department, your goal will be to manage and develop purchasing and commercial activities for fresh produce, contributing to seasonal planning and strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers. Specifically you will:
Support seasonal planning and monitor its progress
Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, helping to build effective business partnerships
Contribute to supplier development and evaluation and participate in supplier meetings
Support the development of new products
Manage commercial offers for both customers and suppliers, including promotions, price negotiations and weekly volume planning
Check and enter orders, ensuring their accuracy
Monitor the market by analysing prices, wholesale market trends and other relevant industry information
Prepare reports and updates to support the Department Management team

You are the right person for us if:
You hold a high school diploma or a university degree and have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the fresh produce industry
Your excellent written and spoken Italian, German and English will enable you to manage business relationships effectively in an international environment
Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,



will help you analyse data and support planning and monitoring activities
Your ability to work independently, attention to detail and organisational skills will enable you to manage your responsibilities efficiently and systematically
Your customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills will help you build solid relationships with suppliers and customers
Your teamwork, determination and problem-solving skills will help you tackle everyday challenges proactively

Gross annual salary: € 30.000 - € 40.000, with the possibility of offering higher pay

Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience, technical and language skills, and level of autonomy.
