Payroll Specialist:
TXT Group is looking for a Payroll & Administration professional who will be responsible for managing all ordinary and periodic (monthly, quarterly and annual) administrative and social security aspects related to employment relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with mandatory employment-related requirements in accordance with current legislation (UNILAV notifications, preparation of employment contracts, etc.);

Record employee attendance, check data consistency, and address any attendance/absence discrepancies;

Manage and verify sick leave, maternity leave and workplace accidents;

Ensure the accurate processing of payroll in collaboration with our provider;

Account for personnel costs in collaboration with the Accounting Department;

Prepare personnel-related reports and statistics;

Provide front-office support to colleagues on payroll matters;

Support compensation & benefits and corporate welfare activities.

Required Technical Skills:
Established experience in the role;




Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Good command of English.

Optional Technical Skills:
Knowledge of SAP and CCNL (National Collective Bargaining Agreements) for Metalworkers, Industry Executives, Confcommercio Tertiary, and Tertiary Executives is preferred.

Personal qualities such as accuracy, discretion and flexibility complete the profile. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also required, along with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Education: High school diploma or degree.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent employment contract, with an annual gross salary range between EUR 35,000 and EUR 40,000;
The entry-level position and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience and skills.
The employment relationship will be governed by the Italian Metalworking National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
