global delivery center establishment, and other large-scale organizational changes at international corporationsHands-on change experience across technology transformations, AI-driven business model shifts, process digitalization, and enterprise system implementations; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a bonusExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferredExpertiseMBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral ScienceChange Management Certified Professional (e.G., PROSCI or ACMP)Deep understanding of organizational change management trends, including adoption challenges posed by AI, automation, and rapid digital transformationStrong affinity with digital technology and emerging tools; demonstrated ability totranslate complex technological change (including AI and automation) into actionable adoption and people strategiesSoft SkillsDynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teamsSkilled in building long-term relationships with clientsDedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team membersStrong communication and presentation skillsOutstanding people person with strong relationship skills,
