Acting as Supplier Quality representative you will work closely with key departments such as Health Safety Environment, Facility Management, Manufacturing and Procurement and other cross functional stakeholders to drive suppliers of indirect services quality performance, continuous improvement and process excellence. /ph3In this role, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliLead and support the qualification, assessment, and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements. /liliActively participate in business transformation and process improvement initiatives, serving as project lead for specific workstreams or as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality topics. /liliDevelop, standardize, and monitor Supplier Quality metrics across indirect services and service categories, ensuring alignment of KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices across Business Units. /liliAnalyze supplier quality performance data and non-conformities, identifying recurring trends, root causes, and key drivers of supplier-related defects and service quality issues. /liliOversee supplier development programs, tracking action plans, monitoring progress against objectives,
