Overview

As Vx Platform ASTL Lead, you guide a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to implement end-to-end analytical control strategies and support technology transfers. You’ll shape lifecycle regulatory submissions and drive cross-site, cross-functional initiatives within Global Supply Chain. You’ll leverage advanced data analytics and digital tools to solve complex analytical problems, advancing patients’ access to medicines and vaccines. This role offers broad impact and leadership within a global, innovative organization.

Responsabilità

- Coach and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders
- Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes
- Lead cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects
- Present topics to global stakeholders within project governance




- Coordinate complex analytical investigations and problem solving using data analytics and digital acumen
- Mentor in development and implementation of new methods or platform technologies
- Oversee analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field
- Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation
- Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
