We use human centered design to solve complex problems, adapt to evolving customer needs, and uncover future opportunities. /p pAs a UX Designer, you will craft scalable, high quality digital experiences for business customers. This role is well suited for a confident, detail oriented designer who can own key aspects of the user experience, deliver production ready assets, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment. /p pIn this role, you will translate complex requirements into clear, engaging, and user friendly solutions, thoughtfully balancing usability, accessibility, and visual design to create meaningful customer experiences. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liDesign end to end user experiences for web platforms, from wireframes through high fidelity, production ready designs /li liCreate clean, visually compelling layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability /li liProduce developer ready design files, specifications, and assets with precision and consistency /li liApply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) /li liCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers,
and fellow designers /li liContribute to and work within established design systems to ensure consistency across experiences /li liClearly articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and partners /li liIncorporate insights from user research, usability testing, and A/B testing into iterative design improvements /li liBuild and enhance reusable Figma components using auto layout, variants, component properties, variables, and shared libraries. /li liSupport current light-mode website delivery while creating components and patterns for the evolving dark-mode design system. /li /ul h3Education/Certifications /h3 h3Job Qualifications /h3 ul liCollege degree or equivalent experience. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liExperience working with design systems and component based design /li liExperience producing web ready and developer friendly design assets /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExperience with motion design, animation, video, or tools such as After Effects /li liExperience writing prompts for AI tools to support or accelerate design workflows /li /ul h3Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience designing for web based experiences, including hands on production design /li liStrong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards /li liExcellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality /li liAbility to balance user needs with business and technical requirements /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional environments /li liProficiency in Figma /li liProficiency in Adobe Photoshop /li /ul h3Preferred Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul liFamiliarity with usability testing, experimentation,
