Aviapartner is looking for motivated
Passenger Service Agents belonging to protected categories L.*****
to join the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of ground handling activities related to passenger services, including check-in operations, boarding procedures, and general passenger assistance.
Key responsibilities:
Perform passenger and baggage check-in operations with accuracy and attention to detail, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags;
Verify travel documentation in accordance with the entry requirements of destination countries (e.g. passports and visas);
Ensure the smooth handling of transfer procedures for connecting passengers;
Collaborate with airport staff to provide a positive travel experience;
Handle any issues professionally and promptly.

Working hours:
20 hours per week, distributed across shifts
Salary:
€****** (art. H15 CCNL)
€****** cost-of-living allowance (art. H16 CCNL)
€2.52 daily allowance (art. H19 CCNL)
€0.13 shift allowance (art. H20 CCNL)
€0.13 field allowance (art. H21 CCNL)

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English
