At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture. /p h3Summary /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDevelop understanding of the contract creation process and governing trading roles. /p /li lipUnderstand and provide timely execution of contractual terms and documentation requirements for shipments. /p /li lipIssue/review document instructions, understand the coordination needed for documentation flow to meet the needs of contract execution. /p /li lipBuild rapport with other CHS offices maintaining positive relationships to establish successful contract execution between inter-company offices and profit centers. /p /li lipCollaborate with merchandisers, logistics and accounting teams, to ensure contracts are set up properly, thereby assuring accuracy and consistency in contract execution. /p /li lipMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. /p /li lipVerify customer contracts throughout the global market with emphasis in a specific region of the world and issue and maintain accurate documentation.
/p /li lipProduce timely and accurate customer invoices to ensure the prompt payment. /p /li lipMaintain an accurate p/l, terms of trade and market position. /p /li lipComply with government regulations and advise customers of these rules as needed. /p /li lipPerform other responsibilities as needed or assigned. /p /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications (required) /h3 ul lipHigh School diploma or GED /p /li lipKnowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics /p /li /ul h3Additional Qualifications /h3 ul lipProficient in MS Office suite /p /li lipStrong communication skills, both written and verbal /p /li lipBasic understanding and use of compliance tools and regulations /p /li lipBachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field /p /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 pCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as premio, incentives and commissions.
