/p /brh3Purpose of the Job: /h3 /brpThe Quality Engineer is a key member of the Quality Department, facilitating growth and ensuring robust quality controls and activities across the Rotork Lucca site.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities and Outcomes: /h3 /brul /brliQMS Maintenance: Developing, updating, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
/li /brliAuditing Compliance: Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO ****, ISO TS) and regulations.
/li /brliCorrective Actions (CAPA): Identifying, analyzing, and investigating system deficiencies to implement corrective and preventive actions.
/li /brliDocumentation Control: Managing quality documentation, records, and material certifications.
/li /brliATEX, PED, IECEX, Directive *******/EC o *******/CE expert /li /br /ul /brh3Main Activities: /h3 /brul /brliMain interface of system Certificate Inspector /li /brliDraft, update and improve the Quality Manual.
/li /brliManage products certification (ATEX, PED, IECEX, etc. etc) /li /brliManage and drive audits for product certification /li /brliImplement corrective actions in case of non-conformity after inspector audits /li /brliWork with engineer departments (in site and in other Rotork sites) /li /brliOwner of certifications renewal /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Technical knowledge /h3 /brh3Essential: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.




/li /brli2-3+ years of experience working within Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
/li /brliPrevious experience working within an engineering or manufacturing business, with a good understanding of ISO **** standards and quality processes.
/li /brliStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
/li /brliAbility to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
/li /brliFluent Italian (advanced level) and professional English (C1 level).
/li /br /ul /brh3Desirable: /h3 /brul /brliInternal Auditor against ISO****:**** standard.
/li /brliUnderstand modern manufacturing philosophies i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC.
