We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office.

He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company's IT infrastructure.
Work TasksKeep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities
Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use
Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices
Provide hardware support to company staff
Draw up the necessary documentation
RequirementsExperience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux
Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols




Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches, firewalls
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts
Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies
Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles xysqume and best practices to protect systems and data
Good knowledge of English
