/liliCoordinate product development activities from concept through industrialization and service support.
/liliAssess design feasibility and ensure compliance with functional, safety, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
/liliLead design reviews and support technical decision-making throughout the development process.
/liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress.
/liliSupport validation activities through simulations, tolerance analysis, testing, and design verification.
/liliProvide engineering support during proto builds, vehicle launch, and production phases.
/liliDrive continuous improvement, cost optimization, benchmarking, and technology scouting activities.
/li /ulh3Your skills that will help us to get ahead: /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
/liliMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive product development, preferably within Body Structures and Closures Systems.




/liliKnowledge of component development from concept to production launch.
/liliExpertise in CAD and PLM tools (CATIA V5/V6, NX, Teamcenter, ENOVIA, VIS-Mockup).
/liliStrong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, GDT, and tolerance analysis.
/liliTechnical leadership, problem-solving mindset, and decision-making skills.
/liliAbility to operate effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
/liliFluent in Italian and English.
