pWe are committed to creating empowering, emotive, and everyday designs that allow our customers the means to express themselves authentically, in every occasion. /ppWe are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers. /ppAt Marni, planning connects the ambition of our collections with the everyday rhythm of the business. /ppWe are looking for a Fabric Operations Specialist to join Fabric team, reporting to the Fabric Manager. with responsibility for ensuring the efficient operational management of activities related to suppliers, fabric sampling, and fabric orders, supporting the smooth progress of collection development and ensuring the accuracy of administrative processes, including order follow-up, deliveries, and system data updates. /ph3What you will do /h3h3Supplier Management /h3ulliMaintain ongoing relationships with suppliers, mills, and other partners of the Fabric Research Department. /liliRequest quotations, availability, minimum order quantities, and delivery lead times for fabric samples. /liliMonitor suppliers' activities and progress, ensuring collection development timelines and priorities defined by the Design Team are met. /liliManage any issues related to orders, deliveries, quantities, or documentation, involving the relevant departments when necessary. /liliKeep supplier information, documentation, and sample purchasing budget tracking up to date. /li /ulh3Order Management /h3ulliEnter, update, and monitor fabric, sample, and material orders. /liliVerify order confirmations, prices, quantities,



commercial conditions, and delivery dates. /liliMonitor order status and prepare reports and updates for the team. /liliTrack the receipt of fabric samples and verify consistency between received materials, orders, and related documentation. /liliSupport the management of purchasing-related administrative documentation and collaborate with the Finance and Purchasing Departments to ensure the correct execution of processes. /liliEnsure data accuracy and timely updates within company systems. /li /ulh3Collection Development Support /h3ulliSupport the team in managing daily activities related to collection development. /liliCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather priorities, requests, and timelines. /liliContribute to the organization and maintenance of the fabric archive, collection documentation, and related information. /liliSupport the team during peak periods associated with collection development and finalization. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulli3-5 years of experience in Direct Purchasing, Fabric Research Development, Procurement, or Supply Chain roles, preferably within fashion or luxury companies. /liliProven experience in the operational management of suppliers and purchase orders. /liliExperience working closely with creative teams and cross-functional business departments. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP/business management systems. /liliGood command of the English language. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliCCNL Industria, Base Salary (gross annual) € 35.000. /liliFlexible time and lavoro da remoto /liliMeal vouchers /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
